Bjarne Skeie (born 1945) - Chairman of the
Board
Co-owner of Skeie Group. Mr. Skeie is an engineer by education. He
holds extensive expertise in founding and building up companies. He
started his career with the founding of Hydralift ASA, a Norwegian
company constructing lift cranes for the offshore industry. With
the experience from Hydralift ASA, Mr. Skeie built up a number of
other companies, including Sinvest ASA, DDI, Ocean Rig ASA,
Maritime Well Service and Maritime Hydraulics. In November 2007,
Mr. Skeie was appointed Knight of 1.Class of the Order of St.Olav,
by HRM the King of Norway, for his achievements in Norwegian
industry and commerce.
Aud Skeie (born 1951) - Board Member
Co-owner of Skeie Group. Experience as the Daily Manager of Skeie
Real Estate's building mass. Chair Person of Skeie Real Estate
since 2007.
Trym Skeie (born 1968) - Board member
Co-owner of Skeie Group. Divides his work hours between Skagerak
Venture Capital AS (Founding Partner) and Neram AS (own investment
company). Chairman of the Board of TTS Group ASA.
Kristen Jacobsen (born 1964) - Board member
Jakobsen was a founder of Pareto Securities ASA and worked with the
Company for 15 years, initially as Head of Equity Research and
finally Managing Director Pareto securities ASA. Jakobsen is
now an independent investor and financial advisor. As well as Skeie
Technology, Jakobsen has ownership interests and sits on the boards
of RXT ASA, Marine Subsea AS and On & Offshore AS.
Geir Worum (born 1948) - Board Member
Mr. Worum holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University
of Copenhagen. He has held management positions in a variety of
companies, including as President for Haugesund Mek. Verksted AS.
Since 1987 he has worked as an independent consultant, through his
own firm Woco AS. Worum resides in Haugesund, Norway.Bjarne
