Strategy
Our strategic goal is to establish a substantial and diversified
property portfolio, mainly in the Kristiansand region, but also in
larger cities, like Oslo and Stavanger.
We are also interested in participating in development projects
within the private and commercial property business in the
geographical region.
Our capital base and competence should be sufficient to invest in
large scale property projects in the geographical region.
