Mrs. Olsen has been an Accounts Assistant with Skeie Group since 2009. She has experience from relevant positions.

Account Manager

Mrs. Stien has been an Account Manager with Skeie Group since 2007. She has experience from other accounting manager positions.

Corporate Assistant

Mrs. Dybvik has been a Corporate Assistant in Bjarne Skeie-owned companies since 1991. Mrs. Dybvik has worked in companies such as National Oilwell, Hydralift, Skeie Management, and Norwegian Rig Consultants.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bjørnholmen has been a Director of various companies owned by Mr. Bjarne Skeie and family in the period from 1987 to today, which includes Finance Director at Maritime Hydraulics AS 1982-1987, responsible for Skeie Management 1990-98, Finance Director at Hydralift  from 1998-2002. He came from the position as Managing Director of Sinvest ASA, a company controlled by Bjarne Skeie between 2002 and 2006. He graduated from Agder College in 1975 in economics and proceeded to be employed as an Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in the period from 1976-1982.

Analyst

Mr. Hovden has been in the company as an analyst since 2007. He has experience from Nordea Markets as Senior Sales Manager and from DnBNOR ASA as trainee. Mr. Hovden holds a MBA in Finance from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH)  and a MSc in Industrial Mathematics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Norrby has been CEO of Skeie Drilling and Production ASA since 2009. He has extensive experience from the contract drilling industry and served as  Managing Director for Deep Drilling Invest, Sinvest ASA's investment in eight jack-up drilling rigs, in the period 2003 to 2007. Mr. Norrby  also served as Chairman for Premium Drilling AS - (a Sinvest ASA and Awilco Offshore ASA joint venture - marketing and operating a total  of sixteen newbuild jack-ups) from its inception in 2005 till May 2007. Mr. Norrby holds a MBA from Norwegian School of Management and  a MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.

Mr. Frigstad has been the CEO of Skeie Capital Investment AS since 2007. He has experience from Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning AS (Senior Portofolio Manager), Handelsbanken  Capital Markets ( Senior Financial Analyst), First Securities and Elcon Securities (Senior Analyst/Partner).  Mr. Frigstad holds the equivalent of a Masters Degree from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), a Bachelor in Russian and Political Science from The University of Bergen (UiB), and is a Lieutenant in Russian, Interrogation and Security from The Defence School of Intelligence and Security.

Mr. Bredesen has been the CEO of Skeie Real Estate AS since 2007. He has experience as CEO of Kristiansand Næringsselskap (KNAS) AS, CEO of Rambøll Unico AS, as well as other property investment companies. Mr. Bredesen holds a degree in Business Administration from Handelshøyskolen BI, a degree in Banking from Bankakademiet, as well as a degree in Public Administration.

Mrs. Skeie has worked in various companies owned by her and her family since 1973. She is the former Manager of Skeie Real Estate.  Mrs. Skeie has been the Chairperson of the Skeie Real Estate Board since 2007.

Mr.  Skeie is an engineer by education. He holds extensive expertise in founding and building up companies. He started his career with the founding of Hydralift ASA, a Norwegian company constructing lift cranes for the offshore industry. With the experience from Hydralift ASA, Mr. Skeie built up a number of other companies, including Sinvest ASA, DDI, Ocean Rig ASA, Maritime Well Service and Maritime Hydraulics. In November 2007, Mr. Skeie was appointed Knight of 1.Class of the Order of St.Olav, by HRM the King of Norway,  for his achievements in Norwegian industry and commerce.
