Mr. Rødland is a Director and co-investor in Ferncliff TIH AS. Mr. Rødland has priviousley worked at PWC, NHH and Jebsen. He has worked 15 years with portfolio management and investment banking for Vital (2 years) and First Securities (formerly Elcon Securities) (13 years). Mr. Rødland's experience is mainly in Energy, Basic Materials and Shipping, where he has led a number of IPOs, M&A processes and restructurings.

Previously CEO of Vital Insurance and CFO of Skandia Insurance, now advisor and board member in different companies among which the following: Santander Consumer Bank AS, Eiendomsspar AS and Victoria Eiendom AS. Elvestad has worked within the international financial sector for more than 30 years.

Co-owner of Skeie Group. Stina is a textile designer by profession, and currently the owner and General Manager of Mandal Veveri, a textile weavery.  Board member of Stisk AS, Skagerak Seed Capital and Mandal Veveri.

Co-owner of Skeie Group. Divides his work hours between Skagerak Venture Capital AS (Founding Partner) and Neram AS (own investment company). Chairman of the Board of TTS Group ASA.

Mrs. Skeie has worked in various companies owned by her and her family since 1973. She is the former Manager of Skeie Real Estate.  Mrs. Skeie has been the Chairperson of Skeie Real Estate Board since 2007.

Mr.  Skeie is an engineer by education. He holds extensive expertise in founding and building up companies. He started his career with the founding of Hydralift ASA, a Norwegian company constructing lift cranes for the offshore industry. With the experience from Hydralift ASA, Mr. Skeie built up a number of other companies, including Sinvest ASA, DDI, Ocean Rig ASA, Maritime Well Service and Maritime Hydraulics. In November 2007, Mr. Skeie was appointed Knight of 1.Class of the Order of St.Olav, by HRM the King of Norway,  for his achievements in Norwegian industry and commerce.

Co-owner of Skeie Group, with a degree in international politics from Northern Ireland. Has worked in marketing for Skeie Group AS, Sinvest ASA, National Oilwell and Hydralift ASA. Board member of Teknova AS Teknova Invest AS and Lesk AS.
